Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are determined during checkout based on the items’ weight, dimensions, and destination. The shipping payment is included in the purchase and represents the final shipping cost for the customer.

2. Delivery Terms:

2.1 Transit Time Domestically:

Domestic shipments typically take 2 to 15 working days to arrive.

2.2 Transit time Internationally:

International orders usually take about 5 to 30 working days to arrive, though this may vary based on the selected shipping partner. A more accurate estimate will be provided during checkout when you select your courier.

2.3 Dispatch Time:

Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days after payment. Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday during regular business hours (11:00 AM to 6:30 PM), except on national holidays when it’s closed.

2.4 Tracking Notifications:

After dispatch, customers will receive an email containing a tracking link. This link enables monitoring of the shipment’s progress using the latest updates from the shipping provider.

3. Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled as long as they have not yet been shipped from our fulfillment center. To initiate the cancellation process, please send us a cancellation request via email, including your order number.

4. Duties & Taxes:

4.1 Goods and Service Tax:

The price of goods listed on the website already includes the applied goods and service tax.

4.2 Import Duties & Taxes:

For international shipments, import duties and taxes may apply upon the item’s arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, so we recommend familiarizing yourself with these potential expenses before finalizing an order with us. If you choose not to cover the duties and taxes upon arrival, the products will be returned to The Witty Printings, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. A refund will be issued for the value of the goods, minus the return shipping expenses. Please note that the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

Returns and Replacements Policy

We offer the option for an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order, making it convenient to initiate the process of returning your Witty Printings product for a replacement. Please note that exchanges can only be made under the following conditions:

• We consider returns for products that are either defective, damaged, or unused.

If you’ve received a damaged item, kindly contact us at wittyprintings@gmail.com. To assist our quality control team in validating the damage claim, we request that you provide an unboxing video and images displaying the product’s damage. Returning an item requires it to be in its initial packaging.

Additional Information: Please allow us at least 7 working days to dispatch your replacement product once we have received the defective product. We will be responsible for arranging the return once it’s approved via email. In the case of an exchange, no extra delivery charge will be applied.

Refund Policy

Currently, our policy does not support returns for refunds due to the unique nature of our product. Nevertheless, we do offer the option for adjustments to your order, such as changing the payment method or modifying the product quantity. To utilize this service, kindly contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that this service won’t be applicable if your order has already been shipped.
